Job summary

Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics seeks a Treatment Coordinator to educate patients on orthodontic options, discuss financial arrangements, and nurture relationships that convert leads into care.

You’ll present treatment plans, discuss payment methods, and manage scheduling while coordinating with specialists as needed. A patient-friendly, proactive approach helps build trust and timely treatment starts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year of sales or service experience.
• Bilingual a plus, not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong sales skills and ability to engage patients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and educate patients on options.
• Explain financing options and payment plans to patients.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare patients for exams.
• Arrange consultations and coordinate care with specialists as needed.
• Support local marketing and community events.

Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.

Responsible for educating new patients regarding available treatment options, working out financial arrangements, and cultivating strong relationships.

How You’ll Make Us Better

• Present orthodontic treatment plans, educate the patient on the plan of treatment and overcome objections
• Understand the practice's policy on working with financials to educate patients on their payment options
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment
• Preparation for patient exams
• Follow up with patients to set up consultations or begin treatment and keep schedules full
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists for care prior to treatment as necessary
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events

Prerequisites For Success
