Job summary

Wang Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about treatment options, work out financial arrangements, and build strong patient relationships. You will present plans, educate on payments, and follow up with prospective patients to secure appointments.

The role may involve assisting with exams and photography as part of patient care, with a focus on keeping schedules full and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College education is preferred.
• Experience in sales or a service industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on the plan of treatment.
• Explain financial options and help patients understand payment arrangements.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams and assist in care as needed.
• Coordinate patient referrals to specialists when required.
• Support local store marketing and community events.

Looking for a career that makes you smile? Wang Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsible for educating new patients regarding available treatment options, working out financial arrangements, and cultivating strong relationships.

How you’ll make us better:

• Present orthodontic treatment plans, educate the patient on the plan of treatment and overcome objections
• Understand the practice's policy on working with financials to educate patients on their payment options
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment
• Preparation for patient exams
• Open to performing intraoral and extraoral photography and digital scanning as part of patient care
• X-ray license/certification is a plus, but we welcome candidates without it
• Follow up with patients to set up consultations or begin treatment and keep schedules full
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists for care prior to treatment as necessary
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events

Prerequisites for success:
