Job summary

Lepley Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate patients on treatment options, work out financial arrangements, and foster strong relationships with families.

You will present treatment plans, explain payment options, verify insurance, and prepare exams while coordinating referrals and supporting local marketing to keep schedules full.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.

Responsibilities
