Job summary

Paschal Orthodontics in Madison, GA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and nurture strong relationships.

You will present plans, handle payment options, follow up to schedule consultations, prepare patients for exams, coordinate referrals, and support local marketing and events. A background in sales or service helps, and bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or other service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
