Job summary

Dr. Farrah Ortho in Pflugerville, Texas is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and cultivate strong relationships.

You’ll present treatment plans, explain payment options, and follow up with patients to schedule consultations or begin treatment.

The role includes coordinating referrals to specialists, assisting with local marketing and community events, and contributing to a friendly, people‑first culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred
• Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or other service industry required
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
• Ability build rapport with patients
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person

Responsibilities
