Job summary

Smile Doctors in Knoxville is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on orthodontic treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and cultivate strong relationships. You will handle scheduling, follow ups, and coordinate referrals while supporting local marketing efforts in the community.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, empathetic, with excellent written and verbal communication, able to build rapport with patients and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Educate new patients on available treatment options.
