Job summary

Smile Doctors Knoxville is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about orthodontic treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and build strong patient relationships.

You will educate patients on treatment plans, manage payment options, and follow up to schedule consultations while supporting marketing and community outreach efforts. This role emphasizes patient education and relationship building to drive treatment uptake.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on options.
• Explain policy on working with finances and educate patients on payment options.
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams and coordinate consultations.
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists prior to treatment as necessary.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
