A day in the life:

• Guide patients through their treatment plans with confidence, compassion, and clarity
• Present treatment estimates, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options in a way patients can easily understand
• Help patients move forward with the care they need—through education and trust, never pressure
• Stay organized and accurate with treatment plans, insurance estimates, scheduling, and follow-up
• Work closely with doctors and clinical teams to create a seamless patient experience
• Owner-led practice. Decisions get made by our founder who listens, not a regional VP in another state

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and building relationships
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
• Confident discussing financials and payment options without feeling “salesy”
• Able to explain complex information in a simple, reassuring way
• Organized, proactive, and able to keep multiple priorities moving
• Dental Treatment Coordinating Experience Is Required
