• Create a positive first impression for patients when they arrive at the office
• Answer incoming calls and help patients feel taken care of from the very first conversation
• Schedule appointments, manage patient communication, and keep the day running smoothly
• Verify patient information and insurance details with accuracy and attention to detail
• Balance multiple priorities while staying organized in a fast-paced environment
• Partner with the clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience
