Job summary

Aava International is seeking a Dental Treatment & Financial Coordinator to guide patients through treatment plans, coordinate care, and manage financial arrangements. You will liaison between patients and the clinical team, ensuring a smooth, patient-centered experience in our California office.

With experience in dental billing, insurance claims, and payment plans, you will support a well-established private dental group that values care, collaboration, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental treatment and/or financial coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of dental billing, insurance claims, and payment plans.
• Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental management software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through treatment plans, ensuring they feel informed at every step.
• Manage and coordinate treatment schedules to optimize patient flow.
• Oversee financial coordination including payment plans, claims, and billing.

About the Role
