Job summary

Aava International is seeking a Dental Treatment & Financial Coordinator to guide patients through treatment plans, handle financial arrangements, and support the dental team in delivering high-quality care.

You will coordinate schedules, verify insurance, manage payment plans, and serve as a liaison between patients and clinicians in a welcoming, patient-focused environment. Experience in dental billing and Eaglesoft preferred; opportunity for advancement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental treatment and/or financial coordination (preferred).
• Knowledge of dental billing, insurance claims, and payment plans.
• Proficiency with dental management software (Eaglesoft).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
• A compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities
