Chicago Dental Implants, Oral & Facial Surgery in Joliet, IL is seeking a motivated Treatment Coordinator to organize patient care from scheduling through follow-up. You will be the first point of contact, explain treatment plans, and coordinate with referring offices to ensure smooth visits.

This full-time role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and comfort with insurance verification and payments.

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience required (Front Desk and/or Treatment Coordinator experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Confidence discussing treatment plans, insurance, and financial arrangements.
• Experience with dental software and insurance verification processes.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and check in/check out patients with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Manage appointment confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations.
• Update patient information, insurance details, and medical histories.
• Collect patient payments and assist with financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate referrals, records requests, and office correspondence.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
• Present treatment plans and answer patient questions regarding procedures, timelines, and costs.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage and payment options.
• Coordinate surgical procedures and follow-up appointments.
• Communicate with referring dental offices to ensure seamless patient care.
• Support treatment acceptance through excellent patient communication.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and case records.

Treatment Coordinator

Chicago Dental Implants, Oral & Facial Surgery | Joliet, IL

Are you passionate about helping patients navigate their dental treatment journey? Chicago Dental Implants, Oral & Facial Surgery is seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Joliet, IL.

In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for patients, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care experience. From scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment plans to explaining financial options and working with referring offices, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional patient care.

Location & Travel

This position is primarily based in Joliet, IL, with occasional travel to our Orland Park, Plainfield, and Downers Grove locations.

What You'll Do

Front Desk & Patient Experience

Schedule

Full-Time

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
