Fore Dental Care in Grass Valley, CA is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through treatment options, coordinate care, and ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience from first contact to completion. This full-time role supports a busy practice with scheduled hours Mon–Thu 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and Fri 7:15 AM–4:15 PM, with a starting pay of $25–$30/hour and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line phone system and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries.
• Present and explain treatment plans in a clear, confident, and patient-friendly manner.
• Coordinate and schedule treatment to support an efficient and productive doctor schedule.
• Serve as the liaison between doctor and patient to ensure understanding and case acceptance.
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Provide a welcoming, organized, and professional front office experience.
