Job summary

Comfort Dental West Springs in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our busy practice. Dental experience is REQUIRED; candidates with Dentrix and Spanish language skills are a plus.

You will present treatment options, coordinate with doctors and staff, and guide patients through financing and scheduling, while maintaining a friendly, professional, team‑oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Present treatment plans and answer patient questions.

We’re looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Dental experience is REQUIRED. Experience with Dentrix is a plus, as well as Spanish language proficiency.

Our office is busy, established, and focused on providing excellent care while treating patients with honesty and respect. We see a wide variety of patient needs every day, and our Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in helping patients understand their options while keeping treatment moving smoothly from start to finish.

This role is about much more than presenting treatment plans—it's about building trust with patients, supporting the doctors and clinical team, and helping the entire office work together efficiently.
