You will guide patients through insurance benefits, explain costs, and coordinate with providers to keep schedules productive and offices running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments to optimize doctor and hygiene calendars.
• Maintaining productive doctor and hygiene schedules and timely follow-ups.

• Explaining dental insurance benefits and estimated out-of-pocket costs.
• Following up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and reminders.
• Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Documenting patient communication and maintaining records in Dentrix.

Palms Dental Care is looking for an energetic, personable, and experienced Scheduling & Treatment Coordinator to join our team!For us, personality matters just as much as experience. The right person should be a team player who brings great energy to the office, communicates well, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience.This is not simply a front-desk position. Our Scheduling & Treatment Coordinator plays an important role in helping patients understand their treatment, insurance benefits, financial responsibilities, and next steps while keeping our providers' schedules productive and organized.

Compensation: $23–$27 an hour, based on dental experience and qualifications

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Fridays, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm

Responsibilities
