Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a friendly Treatment Coordinator on-site in Fairless Hills, PA. The role focuses on welcoming patients, scheduling visits, and explaining treatment plans and payment options with a caring, professional voice.

You will manage new patient paperwork, coordinate appointments, and support a collaborative office team with strong phone skills and a patient-first mindset. Training is available and opportunities for growth exist within the practice.

Responsibilities

• Internalize the role of patient concierge, build trust by demonstrating the attitude of care and service.
• Make welcome calls to all new patients, answer initial questions, set and manage expectations for the first visit.
• Proactively receive patients on their first visit, assist with new patient paperwork and welcome packets, and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the visit.
• Present and explain all treatment plans involving out of pocket costs to patients.
• Continuously assist patients in offering (payment plans including) Care Credit payment options. Ensure effective communication when explaining financial options.
• Check patients in and out, schedule and confirm patient appointments, and handle patient paperwork including patient charts, referrals, appointment cards, and welcome packets, etc.

When new or existing patients call our office, we want a friendly and caring voice on other line that is eager to help them schedule or answer their questions. We need a treatment coordinator looking for a position in a growing practice with a great team that supports each other and makes coming into work an engaging and worthwhile endeavor. Experienced Treatment Coordinators are always preferred but training is available for those who want to learn and be the best they can be.
