Responsibilities

• Internalize the role of patient concierge, build trust by demonstrating the attitude of care and service.
• Make welcome calls to all new patients, answer initial questions, set and manage expectations for the first visit.
• Proactively receive patients on their first visit, assist with new patient paperwork and welcome packets, and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the visit.
• Present and explain all treatment plans involving out of pocket costs to patients.
• Continuously assist patients in offering care credit payment options and explain financial options; take ownership for all treatment, payment, and appointment needs.
• Check patients in and out, schedule and confirm patient appointments, and handle patient paperwork including charts, referrals, and packets.

We are looking for someone with a bubbly and warm personality that loves talking to people and has great phone skills. When new or existing patients call our office, we want a friendly and caring voice on other line that is eager to help them schedule or answer their questions. We need a treatment coordinator looking for a position in a growing practice with a great team that supports each other and makes coming into work an engaging and worthwhile endeavor. Experienced Treatment Coordinators are always preferred but training is available for those who want to learn and be the best they can be. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
