Responsibilities

• Internalize the role of patient concierge and build trust through care and service.
• Make welcome calls to new patients and set expectations for the first visit.
• Assist with new patient paperwork and ensure smooth patient flow during visits.
• Present and explain treatment plans including out-of-pocket costs.
• Discuss and facilitate payment options including Care Credit and manage related needs.
• Check patients in/out, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle patient paperwork.
