Kids Dental Brands is seeking a Treatment Coordinator in a modern, kid-focused Danville office. You will guide patients through treatment, explain options and costs, and assist with insurance and financing to help families move forward with recommended care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dental, healthcare, or treatment coordination experience preferred.
• 1+ years of sales, patient advocacy, or relationship-focused customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through their treatment journey from consultation to completion.
• Present and explain treatment recommendations, procedures, and associated costs.
• Help patients understand insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements.
• Build trust and strong patient relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment and next steps.
• Coordinate appointments and support an efficient patient experience.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and the clinical team.
• Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support a welcoming, professional, and patient-focused office environment.
