Job summary

Lepley Orthodontics in Dallas, TX is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our expanding team. You will educate patients on orthodontic options, present treatment plans, and help families understand insurance and payment choices.

You’ll follow up to schedule consultations, coordinate referrals when needed, and assist in local marketing and community events to grow our practice. We value outgoing, empathetic communicators who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment options and financing.
• Educate patient on plan of treatment and overcome objections.
• Schedule consultations and follow up with potential patients.
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists prior to treatment as necessary.
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
