Job summary

Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on orthodontic options, explain financial arrangements, and cultivate strong relationships. You’ll manage follow-up, prep for exams, and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, empathetic, and proactive with strong communication skills. High school diploma required; college education preferred; sales or service experience valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year of sales or service industry experience.
• Outgoing, empathetic and able to build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment options and present plans.
• Explain financial options and arrange payment plans.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule consultations.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
