Job summary

Smile Doctors Affiliate in Maryland is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about orthodontic treatment options, help with financial arrangements, and build strong patient relationships in a fast-growing practice.

You will present treatment plans, prepare patients for exams, schedule consultations, follow up to keep the schedule full, coordinate referrals as needed, and support local marketing efforts while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year of sales or service-industry experience.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate new patients on treatment options and financial arrangements.
• Present treatment plans and overcome objections.
• Schedule consultations and keep calendars full.
