Job summary

Smile Doctors Orthodontics in Champaign, IL seeks a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on treatment options and payment plans, while building strong patient relationships. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability build rapport with patients and maintain relationships.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person.

Responsibilities

• Educate new patients regarding treatment options and financially educate on payment options.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment and keep schedules full.
• Prepare for patient exams and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
