Job summary

Nowlin Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on orthodontic treatment options, work out financial arrangements, and cultivate strong patient relationships.

You will present treatment plans, educate patients on payment options, and follow up to schedule consultations while coordinating referrals and supporting local marketing events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Excellent written and verbal sales and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on the plan of treatment.
• Explain financing options and assist with financial arrangements.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatments and keep schedules full.
• Prepare for patient exams and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
