Job summary

Alpha Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and cultivate strong relationships. You will work with patients to schedule consultations, prepare for exams, and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.

The role includes assisting in local store marketing and community events, with a focus on delivering a people-first service and building trust with patients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Experience in sales or service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
