Job summary

Johnson Orthodontics/Imagine Braces is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and cultivate strong relationships. You will present treatment plans, explain payment options, and overcome objections while keeping the schedule full.

The role supports local marketing, coordinates referrals, and assists in community events. Requirements include HS diploma, 1 year in sales/service, and excellent communication; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person.

Responsibilities

• Educate new patients regarding treatment options and present treatment plans.
• Explain financial arrangements and educate patients on payment options.
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare patients for exams and coordinate consultations.
• Follow up with patients to set up consultations or begin treatment.
