Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Treasury Support Specialist III to oversee quality control for daily Treasury Support Specialists and to manage departmental reporting. The role includes project support, issue resolution, and research, with leadership responsibilities and SME input on Treasury Solutions projects.

Responsibilities span coordinating training, handling statistics, supporting day-to-day processing, and ensuring procedures meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exemplary customer service in a professional setting.
• Ability to interpret various instructions presented in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Proven capability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team training, manage work queues, and identify training needs.
• Prepare and report departmental statistics.
• Assist with day-to-day processing as needed.
• Ensure procedures are accurate, up-to-date, and reviewed annually.
• Resolve escalated and complex issues with minimal supervision while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with bank personnel and customers to resolve issues.
• Participate in meetings to stay current on regulatory changes.
• Support development and implementation of new products, processes, and procedures.
• Multitask across multiple systems while prioritizing requests.
• Assist with software implementation and testing upgrades/releases.
• Provide input for quality reviews and training documentation.
• Lead training and meetings as a SME for the department.
