Job summary

First Interstate Bank seeks a Treasury Support Specialist III to ensure quality control of daily Treasury Support Specialists I and II tasks and oversee departmental reporting. You will assist with project management, resolve escalated issues, and conduct in-depth research to support staff and maintain compliance.

You will participate in training, process improvements, and the implementation of new software, while providing SME guidance and collaborating across teams to meet regulatory

Responsibilities

• Coordinates team training, manages work queues, and identifies training needs.
• Prepares and reports departmental statistics.
• Assists with day-to-day processing as needed.
• Ensures procedures are accurate, up-to-date, and reviewed annually.
• Resolves escalated issues with minimal supervision while meeting regulations.
• Communicates with bank personnel and customers to resolve issues.
• Participates in partner calls to provide product solutions.
• Attends meetings and training to stay current on regulatory changes.
• Supports development and implementation of new products and procedures.
• Multitasks across systems and prioritizes requests.
• Assists with software implementations and testing upgrades.
• Contributes to quality reviews of staff work and training materials.
• Provides training and leads team meetings as SME.
• Acts in a Treasury Solutions project SME role.
