Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Treasury Support Specialist III to drive quality control of daily Treasury tasks and oversee reporting. The role includes project support, issue resolution, and in-depth research to back Treasury initiatives.

You will coordinate training, manage work queues, and prepare departmental statistics while ensuring procedures stay current and compliant with regulations. The position serves as SME and supports cross-team projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination recommended.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to interpret instructions from various formats (written, oral, diagrams).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well in a team and lead when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates team training, manages work queues, and identifies training needs.
• Prepares and reports departmental statistics.
• Assists with day-to-day processing as needed.
• Ensures procedures are accurate and current, updated annually.
• Resolves escalated issues with minimal supervision and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Communicates with bank personnel and customers to resolve issues.
• Participates in calls to provide product solutions meeting customer needs.
• Supports new product implementations and testing upgrades.
• Acts as SME for the department and leads team meetings.
