Responsibilities

• Coordinate team training, manage work queues and identify training needs.
• Prepare and report departmental statistics.
• Assist with day-to-day processing as needed.
• Ensure procedures are accurate, up-to-date and reviewed annually.
• Resolve escalated issues with minimal supervision while upholding regulations.
• Communicate with bank staff or customers to resolve issues.
• Participate in partner calls to provide product solutions.
• Attend meetings and training to stay current on regulatory changes.
• Support development and implementation of new products, processes, and procedures.
• Multitask across systems while prioritizing requests.
• Assist with software implementations and testing upgrades.
• Provide input for quality reviews and training documentation.
• Provide leadership in training and team meetings as SME.
