Job summary

JPMorganChase in Indianapolis is seeking a Treasury Sales Associate to contribute to new sales targets, manage client relationships and grow the portfolio. The role offers a structured three-year development plan to progress through Treasury Solutions toward senior positions such as Treasury Management Officer.

You will collaborate across teams, prepare client proposals, and analyze pricing, profitability, and cash management objectives to deliver tailored Treasury solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three+ years' banking and treasury experience.
• Strong time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
• Ambition to develop into an individual sales contributor.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Treasury Management Officer on client proposals to identify Treasury solutions, perform cost and benefit analysis, pricing and profitability models.
• Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and researching clients.
• Understand clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives.
• Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.
• Develop and understand competitors' products and positioning within client and market.
• Work with TMO's to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and pricing and billing.
