Job summary

Truist is seeking a seasoned Treasury Solutions sales professional to drive consultative sales across assigned client groups, focusing on cash flow management and risk mitigation. You will develop strategy with bankers and product partners, manage a portfolio, and contribute to revenue and portfolio growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant sales experience, with CT P to be obtained within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Deep understanding of Working Capital solutions.
• Must obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and drives client and portfolio revenue growth.
• Builds partnerships with bankers and product teams for opportunities.
• Manages a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs.
• Develops relationship plans to retain and acquire clients.
• Delivers client working capital solutions including receivables, payables, information reporting, and liquidity.
• Adheres to policies and escalates issues when needed.
• Communicates with clients effectively via in-person, email, or virtual meetings.
• Reports on sales efforts and revenue progression.
