Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a consultative sales professional to drive Treasury Solutions for an assigned client group, focusing on cash flow management and risk mitigation. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience in financial or treasury products, with preferred expertise in Treasury/Cash Management and certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 3 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan, develops partnerships with line of business to identify and drive client sales opportunities.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities.
• Manages a portfolio of clients with TS needs and working capital concepts.
• Develops relationship plans for clients and prospects to identify retention and acquisition opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services and solutions including receivables, payables, information reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Adheres to policies and escalates issues to leadership.
• Consults with clients via in-person, email, voicemail, or virtual meeting.
• Accurately reports on sales efforts, progression and revenue.
