Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior Treasury Solutions sales professional in McLean, VA. You will consult with corporate and wealth clients, delivering working capital and liquidity solutions while collaborating across banking lines to grow revenue and client relationships.

The role requires 5 years of sales experience in financial or treasury products, deep Working Capital knowledge, and a plan to obtain a CTP within 12 months. Competitive base salary with incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Maintains deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions.
• Must have or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and collaborates with lines of business to drive client and prospect opportunities to achieve revenue and portfolio growth.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic client planning.
• Independently manages a portfolio of TS clients with knowledge of working capital concepts.
• Develops detailed relationship plans to identify retention and new client acquisition opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services and solutions, including receivables, payables, information reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Escalates issues and risks to leadership as needed.
