Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior Treasury Solutions Sales professional in Charlotte, NC to drive consultative sales of TS products and services to assigned client groups, focusing on working capital and risk mitigation.

You will manage a client portfolio, collaborate with bankers and product partners, and develop detailed relationship plans to identify retention and acquisition opportunities. The role requires 5 years of sales experience and CTP within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Maintains deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions.
• Must have or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.
• CFA designation is preferred.
• Maintains up to date knowledge of Treasury Trends & Best Practices.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and develops partnerships with lines of business to identify and drive client sales opportunities.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities and strategic planning.
• Manages a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs and capital management solutions.
• Develops relationship plans to identify retention and new client acquisition opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services including receivables, payables, information reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Follows policies, escalates risks, and reports sales activities and revenue accurately.
• Consults with clients through multiple communication channels and documents progress.
