Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a sales-focused professional to drive consultative selling of Treasury Solutions to a defined client group, leveraging expertise in working capital and liquidity solutions.

You will collaborate with line of business partners, manage a client portfolio, and develop relationship plans to retain and acquire new clients. This role emphasizes proactive risk awareness and strong communication across modalities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience in financial or treasury products/services.
• Deep understanding of Working Capital solutions.
• Willingness to obtain CTP within 12 months of joining.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plan and grow revenue and portfolio across assigned client group.
• Foster relationships with bankers and product partners to identify opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs and solutions.
• Develop detailed relationship plans to identify retention and new client opportunities.
• Provide working capital services including receivables, payables, information reporting, and liquidity solutions.
• Adhere to policies and escalate risk as needed.
• Communicate with clients effectively via in-person, email, or virtual meetings.
• Report on sales efforts and revenue progression.
