Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a results-driven sales professional to consultatively promote Treasury Solutions products to assigned client groups, with a focus on cash flow management and risk mitigation.

You will build strong relationships with bankers, collaborate with product partners, and independently manage a client portfolio needing TS services. You will report on sales activity and ensure revenue growth and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years of sales experience in financial or treasury products/ services.
• Deep understanding of Working Capital solutions.
• Must obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and develops partnerships to drive client opportunities and portfolio growth.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic planning.
• Manages a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs and liquidity solutions.
• Develops detailed relationship plans to identify retention and new client opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services including receivables, payables, reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Adheres to policies and proactively escalates issues to leadership.
• Communicates with clients via in-person, email, voicemail, or Virtual Meeting.
• Reports on sales efforts, progression, and revenue.
