Job summary

Truist in Washington, DC seeks a consultative sales professional for Treasury Solutions, covering Corporate and Investment Bank, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Community Bank, Business Banking, Small Business Banking, and Wealth Management. You will drive revenue growth with working capital solutions, collaborating with bankers and product teams to create strategic plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of sales in financial/treasury products, with a CTP within 12 months;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience in financial/treasury products.
• Deep understanding of Working Capital solutions.
• Must obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and partners with lines of business to drive client opportunities and revenue growth.
• Forges relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic client planning.
• Manages a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs and treasury product knowledge.
• Develops detailed relationship plans to identify retention and new client opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services including receivables, payables, reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Adheres to policies and escalates risks to leadership.
• Consults with clients via in-person, email, voicemail and virtual meetings.
• Accurately reports on sales efforts, progress, and revenue.
