Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in bank operations.
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service.
- 2 years of online banking support preferred.
- 2 years of Treasury Management Operations experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier service and support to commercial customers across channels (phone/WebEx) for Treasury Solutions products.
- Troubleshoot requests (password resets, device issues, browser config) and provide training.
- Configure new customer profiles in Treasury systems with proper authorization.
- Manage documentation, service agreements, and related forms per policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
