Prosperity Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service to commercial clients across our footprint. This full-time in-office role supports Treasury products, handles inquiries, and ensures a positive customer experience.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT and other departments, resolve issues, document interactions, and stay current with product changes. Strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to multitask are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1–3 years in banking or office roles is desirable.
• Experience supporting commercial banking or Treasury Management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Treasury Management customers and services.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or other channels professionally.
• Assist with Treasury Management systems, products, and services.
• Research and resolve customer service requests and account issues.
• Escalate concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of Treasury products and processes.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support customer needs.
