Job summary

First Community Bank is seeking a Treasury Services Support Specialist to assist internal and external clients with non-credit commercial products, including Digital Business Banking, ACH origination, and merchant services. You will provide technical support and ensure accurate recordkeeping and communications across Treasury Services.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of banking experience
• Excellent customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial and Treasury Services products knowledge preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Proficiency in Windows, browsers, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer records and archive necessary documentation related to Digital Business Banking, ACH origination, Remote Deposit Capture, online wire transfers, Positive Pay, lockbox, account reconciliation, Merchant Services, and other Commercial/Treasury Services products.
• Provide customer service assistance by phone or email for Digital Business Banking, Xpress Banking, and support Bill Pay.
• Meet service level expectations for setup and training; may require in-person client visits for certain opportunities.
• Use sound judgement when researching problems and take action to correct issues while informing Treasury Services management.
• Submit service tickets to process increases and archive relevant documentation.
• Provide information and assistance to customers, Treasury Services Representatives, and market staff to support total relationship management.
• Assist with fraud alert monitoring regarding ACH origination and online wire transfers.
• Understand and apply regulatory procedures for Treasury Services and commercial products.
• Support market staff by ensuring periodic reviews are completed and documentation updated.
• Participate in special projects related to Commercial/Treasury Services.
• Complete training within expected timeframes.
• Support the bank’s mission, vision, and values by complying with conduct standards.
