You will be the primary contact for treasury products, resolving inquiries, guiding system usage, and coordinating with internal partners to ensure a superior client experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in banking or customer service, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1-3 years of banking, customer service, or office experience.
• Experience supporting commercial banking or Treasury Management customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for Treasury Management customers and support.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or other channels promptly.
• Assist customers with Treasury Management systems and services.
• Research, investigate, and resolve service requests and issues.
• Escalate concerns to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs.
• Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality of information.
• Complete required reports and stay informed of product changes.
• Support process improvements and department projects as needed.
