Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Treasury Delivery Specialist I to support onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury customer relationships. You will recognize cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with bank partners to ensure client needs are met.

Occasional involvement across multiple Montana locations is expected, including Helena, Bozeman, Great Falls, Kalispell, and Missoula. This role emphasizes proactive service, accurate documentation, and collaboration with Treasury

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field required.
• 1-3 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Face to face, phone, and/or email customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establishs and fosters trust with Treasury Solutions Officers and other partners to support Treasury customers.
• Onboards and maintains Treasury products such as Business Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit, and more.
• Works with Treasury Operations to resolve issues related to Treasury products and services.
• Escalates operational or customer service issues as encountered.
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness in all documentation and client correspondence.
• Targets service and sales opportunities using bank reports and proactive communication.
• Develops and deepens relationships with existing customers through proactive contact and exceptional service.
• Assists in generating non-interest income through fee-based and interchange-based products.
• Identifies ways to optimize customer profitability.
• Provides in-depth technical and operational support of Treasury products and services.
• Ensures accurate implementation and servicing of deposits and Treasury Management products.
• Assists in relationship reviews and expanding services and revenue.
• Supports audits and exams with preparation and collaboration.
• Delivers exceptional customer service to internal and external customers and partners.
