Job summary

First Interstate Bank in Boise, ID and Bend, OR seeks a Treasury Delivery Specialist II to support onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury relationships. You will assess client needs, identify cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with bank partners to meet client objectives.

The role requires building trusted relationships with Treasury Solutions Officers and Commercial Relationship Managers, delivering banking products like Business Online Banking, ACH, Wires and Treasury

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales processes and ability to achieve goals.
• Ability to assess customer needs and promote appropriate banking products.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with Treasury Officers, Relationship Managers, and Branch Managers.
• Onboard and maintain Treasury products (I Corp, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, I Payables, Remote Deposit, Sweeps, I Statements).
• Collaborate with Treasury Operations to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate documentation and client communications.
