Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Manager, Treasury Services to supervise daily treasury operations, ensure accurate account administration, and oversee electronic transfers across markets. You will guide a team, resolve escalations, and maintain strong internal controls in support of service levels for internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes process accuracy, risk mitigation, and collaboration with senior leadership, with oversight of treasury associates and specialists

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in treasury, banking, finance, or shared services, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to interpret financial data and drive outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with DocuSign, Smartsheet, and Zendesk for automation and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of treasury associates responsible for processing requests through the CRM ticketing system.
• Provide daily coaching and guidance to treasury associates to promote accuracy and service quality.
• Support hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and personnel actions.
• Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise treasury accounts, electronic funds transfers, cash monitoring, and banking documentation.
• Establish objectives and service standards; monitor workflows to meet program goals.
