Job summary

First International Bank & Trust in Fargo, ND seeks a Treasury Management Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operational support behind our Treasury Management services while driving efficiency, accuracy, and an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with Treasury Management, Digital Banking, Fraud, and Operations teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and efficiently, while mentoring staff and supporting onboarding, implementations, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college; 7–10 years banking experience, or equivalent.
• Treasury Management operations experience required; Online Banking preferred.
• Strong understanding of TM products: ACH, wires, remote deposit, fraud tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Leadership, supervisory, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily Treasury Management operations, ensuring on-time, accurate services.
• Guide and train business customers and internal partners on TM products.
• Oversee setup, maintenance, and QC of TM services (ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, BOB).
• Manage support requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with teams and vendors.
• Develop and improve procedures, workflows, and reference materials for consistency.
• Monitor system updates, account analysis, and audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with TM Officers and banking teams to support onboarding and implementations.
• Assist with annual reviews, documentation, and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

We're looking for a Treasury Management Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operational support behind our Treasury Management services while driving efficiency, accuracy, and an exceptional customer experience.

This role is ideal for a banking professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, supporting team members, and serving as a trusted resource for both customers and internal partners. You'll work closely with Treasury Management, Digital Banking, Fraud, and Operations teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily Treasury Management operations, ensuring services are delivered accurately and on time.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to business customers and internal partners on Treasury Management products and services.
• Oversee setup, maintenance, and quality control of Treasury Management services, including ACH, wires, positive pay, remote deposit capture, and business online banking.
• Manage support requests, troubleshoot customer issues, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Develop, maintain, and improve operational procedures, workflows, and resource materials that promote consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor system updates, account analysis activities, and operational reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Treasury Management Officers and other banking teams to support customer onboarding, implementations, and ongoing relationship management.
• Assist with annual customer reviews, documentation requirements, and operational audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; 7-10 years of related banking experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Treasury Management operations experience required, with specific experience in Treasury Management and/or Online Banking highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Treasury Management products and services, including ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, and fraud prevention tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Leadership, supervisory, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking technology platforms.
