Job summary

ServisFirst is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Specialist who will provide sales support, client training, and implementation coordination for Treasury Management services. You will work with banking officers to analyze statements, identify opportunities, and demonstrate value to clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in sales and customer support or related role.
• Experience in banking required.
• Experience in Treasury Management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a wide range of customer abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using JAVA and Adobe software preferred.
• Experience in group presentations.
• Attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Attend sales appointments with banking officers to assist, close and establish implementation/support relationships for Treasury Management.
• Assist Officers by conducting statement analysis for prospects to compare services.
• Process Treasury Management services agreements.
• Conduct client training (in person and via telephone) for Treasury Management systems.
• Install remote deposit scanners for new and existing clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries related to Treasury Management products and services.
• Communicate service/product updates to clients.
• Answer incoming technical support calls for Treasury Management products and equipment.
• Assist with yearly reviews for remote deposit and ACH clients.
• Conduct site visits for high-risk remote deposit clients.
• Conduct training for ServisFirst personnel and ensure compliance with regulations.
