Job summary

Choiceone-Bank is seeking a Treasury Services Specialist to act as the primary support contact for Treasury Services and related e-commerce products. You will troubleshoot, train customers, and contribute to internal audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Treasury Services or Retail Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support for Treasury Services and related e-commerce products.
• Be the primary contact for questions and troubleshooting; aim for First Call Resolution (85%).
• Process and complete all incoming service requests from Treasury Help email box.
• Develop expertise in Treasury Services products (ACH Origination, Online Wires, Bill Pay, Positive Pay, Business Remote Deposit Capture, Smart Pay, EPS, Autobooks).
• Schedule and conduct training sessions with Treasury customers (virtual or on-site).
• Assist Treasury Services Manager with internal audits and reporting tasks.
• Prepare monthly Treasury Services statistics dashboard for Senior Management.
