Job summary

Busey seeks a Treasury Management Support Specialist II to work with Treasury Management Executives, Commercial Relationship Managers, Commercial Loan Coordinators, Retail and customers to provide support for treasury management services. This role may act as a subject matter expert for Treasury Management.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with ACH processing, online wires, commercial online banking, bill pay, sweep accounts and other treasury products, participate in training, and help

Qualifications

• Professional communication skills and ability to convey information clearly.
• Advanced knowledge of bank policies, procedures and treasury products.
• Experience with secure file transmissions and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to customers and associates via phone or email on treasury management services and account inquiries.
• Deliver training on ACH, online wires, online banking, bill pay, sweep accounts, and other treasury tools.
• Setup and maintain treasury management products and services for existing and new clients.
