Job summary

Prosperity Bank is seeking a Commercial Client Service Professional to serve as the day-to-day liaison for our commercial banking clients, providing technical and operational support for Treasury Services and bank accounts.

You will work across Treasury Services Operations, Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, retail branches, Treasury, and Credit to resolve issues and ensure timely onboarding, with in-person client meetings and collaborative cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in bank operations or commercial client service.
• Strong English communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and resolves operational and technical issues regarding client bank accounts and Treasury Services.
• Responds to all clients within three phone rings and updates on same-day basis.
• Inputs and tracks operational/technical issues in the client service tracking system.
• Adheres to the sundown policy.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline delivery of bank accounts and Treasury Services.
• Facilitates bank account opening to onboard Treasury Services and generate revenue.
• Serves as primary contact for the client.
• Maintains knowledge of clients' businesses and Treasury Services provided.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitors accounts and services to ensure client satisfaction.
• Makes in-person calls to develop client relationships.
• Assists with special projects, data mining, and analysis.
